Nice Stay with Room for Improvement

We had a lovely time during our four-night family getaway! The views from our room were stunning, and the location was perfect for beach access. However, we encountered issues with the bathroom door and the fridge. Make sure to check appliances upon arrival.

The Waves Hotel, Ascend Hotel Collection offers a fantastic stay with its modern decor and clean facilities. The location is ideal, just a short walk from the beach and local attractions. I was particularly impressed by the friendly staff who assisted efficiently with my needs during my stay. The breakfast provided was also a highlight, featuring a variety of delicious options to start the day.

Parking was somewhat inconvenient.

It was a commendable fit for a swift stopover in Wildwood with value for money. The parking was a bit tricky as you had to leave your car key at the front desk, but I managed to get a spot without hassle. Just be ready for a limited breakfast spread and consider eating out instead.

I stayed for 5 nights and was incredibly impressed by how clean the rooms were, completely avoiding the musty smell typical of beach hotels. The walk-in shower was spacious with excellent water pressure, and having a fridge and microwave was a great convenience. The only downside was the limited seating around the pool area.
